During the first session an assessment will be carried out in order to fully determine the areas that require focus and allow PASS Tutors to formulate a tailored plan for the proceeding lessons. Initial sessions are always followed up by PASS Tutors to evaluate our tutor-pupil match and confirm the correct action plan and objectives have been set.
Detailed monthly achievement reports are delivered to parents as a way of tracking progress and clarifying targets. This ongoing involvement is crucial to our attentive pupil-focused model, helping us stand out from groups offering a detached 'agency' style approach.
